§ 129a Vorrang- und Beschleunigungsgebot
Das Vorrang- und Beschleunigungsgebot (§ 155 Absatz 1) gilt entsprechend für Verfahren auf Aufhebung einer Ehe wegen Eheunmündigkeit. Die Anhörung (§ 128) soll spätestens einen Monat nach Beginn des Verfahrens stattfinden; § 155 Absatz 2 Satz 4 und 5 gilt entsprechend. Das Gericht hört in dem Termin das Jugendamt an, es sei denn, die Ehegatten sind zu diesem Zeitpunkt volljährig.
