§ 135 Außergerichtliche Konfliktbeilegung über Folgesachen
Das Gericht kann anordnen, dass die Ehegatten einzeln oder gemeinsam an einem kostenfreien Informationsgespräch über Mediation oder eine sonstige Möglichkeit der außergerichtlichen Konfliktbeilegung anhängiger Folgesachen bei einer von dem Gericht benannten Person oder Stelle teilnehmen und eine Bestätigung hierüber vorlegen. Die Anordnung ist nicht selbständig anfechtbar und nicht mit Zwangsmitteln durchsetzbar.
