§ 194 Anhörung des Jugendamts
(1) In Adoptionssachen hat das Gericht das Jugendamt anzuhören, sofern der Anzunehmende oder Angenommene minderjährig ist. Dies gilt nicht, wenn das Jugendamt nach § 189 eine fachliche Äußerung abgegeben hat. (2) Das Gericht hat dem Jugendamt in den Fällen, in denen dieses angehört wurde oder eine fachliche Äußerung abgegeben hat, die Entscheidung mitzuteilen. Gegen den Beschluss steht dem Jugendamt die Beschwerde zu.
