§ 244 Unzulässiger Einwand der Volljährigkeit
Wenn der Verpflichtete dem Kind nach Vollendung des 18. Lebensjahres Unterhalt zu gewähren hat, kann gegen die Vollstreckung eines in einem Beschluss oder in einem sonstigen Titel nach § 794 der Zivilprozessordnung festgestellten Anspruchs auf Unterhalt nach Maßgabe des § 1612a des Bürgerlichen Gesetzbuchs nicht eingewandt werden, dass die Minderjährigkeit nicht mehr besteht.
