§ 309 Mitteilungen an die Meldebehörde
Wird ein Einwilligungsvorbehalt angeordnet, der sich auf die Aufenthaltsbestimmung des Betroffenen erstreckt, so hat das Gericht dies der Meldebehörde unter Angabe des Betreuers mitzuteilen. Eine Mitteilung hat auch zu erfolgen, wenn der Einwilligungsvorbehalt nach Satz 1 aufgehoben wird oder ein Wechsel in der Person des Betreuers eintritt.
