§ 330 Aufhebung der Unterbringungsmaßnahme
Die Genehmigung oder Anordnung der Unterbringungsmaßnahme ist aufzuheben, wenn ihre Voraussetzungen wegfallen. Vor der Aufhebung einer Unterbringungsmaßnahme nach § 312 Nummer 4 soll das Gericht die zuständige Behörde anhören, es sei denn, dass dies zu einer nicht nur geringen Verzögerung des Verfahrens führen würde.
