§ 338 Mitteilung von Entscheidungen
Für Mitteilungen gelten die §§ 308 und 311 entsprechend. Die Aufhebung einer Unterbringungsmaßnahme nach § 330 Satz 1 und die Aussetzung der Unterbringung nach § 328 Abs. 1 Satz 1 sind dem Leiter der Einrichtung, in der der Betroffene lebt, mitzuteilen.
