§ 352c Gegenständlich beschränkter Erbschein
(1) Gehören zu einer Erbschaft auch Gegenstände, die sich im Ausland befinden, kann der Antrag auf Erteilung eines Erbscheins auf die im Inland befindlichen Gegenstände beschränkt werden. (2) Ein Gegenstand, für den von einer deutschen Behörde ein zur Eintragung des Berechtigten bestimmtes Buch oder Register geführt wird, gilt als im Inland befindlich. Ein Anspruch gilt als im Inland befindlich, wenn für die Klage ein deutsches Gericht zuständig ist.
