§ 367 Wiedereinsetzung
War im Fall des § 366 der Beteiligte ohne sein Verschulden verhindert, die Anberaumung eines neuen Termins rechtzeitig zu beantragen oder in dem neuen Termin zu erscheinen, gelten die Vorschriften über die Wiedereinsetzung in den vorigen Stand (§§ 17, 18 und 19 Abs. 1) entsprechend.
