§ 435 Öffentliche Bekanntmachung
(1) Die öffentliche Bekanntmachung des Aufgebots erfolgt durch Aushang an der Gerichtstafel und durch einmalige Veröffentlichung in dem Bundesanzeiger, wenn nicht das Gesetz für den betreffenden Fall eine abweichende Anordnung getroffen hat. Anstelle des Aushangs an der Gerichtstafel kann die öffentliche Bekanntmachung in einem elektronischen Informations- und Kommunikationssystem erfolgen, das im Gericht öffentlich zugänglich ist. (2) Das Gericht kann anordnen, das Aufgebot zusätzlich auf andere Weise zu veröffentlichen.
