§ 4c Zulassungsverfahren
(1) Für die Zulassung nach § 10 des Mautsystemgesetzes für die nach § 1 mautpflichtigen Straßen sind 1. eine Prüfvereinbarung nach § 4d Absatz 1 abzuschließen, 2. das Prüfverfahren nach § 4d Absatz 3 durchzuführen, 3. eine beschränkte Zulassung nach § 4e Absatz 1 zu erteilen, 4. der Pilotbetrieb nach § 4e Absatz 2 durchzuführen und 5. ein Zulassungsvertrag nach § 4f Absatz 1 abzuschließen. (2) Die Gebrauchstauglichkeitsprüfung nach § 23 des Mautsystemgesetzes besteht aus dem Prüfverfahren nach Absatz 1 Nummer 2 und dem Pilotbetrieb nach Absatz 1 Nummer 4.
