§ 4h Rechtsverordnungen zu Prüfvereinbarung und Zulassungsvertrag
Das Bundesministerium für Verkehr wird ermächtigt, durch Rechtsverordnung ohne Zustimmung des Bundesrates die näheren Einzelheiten der Bestimmungen der Prüfvereinbarung nach § 4d Absatz 2 und des Zulassungsvertrages nach § 4f Absatz 2 einheitlich festzusetzen. Das Bundesministerium für Verkehr wird ferner ermächtigt, durch Rechtsverordnung ohne Zustimmung des Bundesrates seine Befugnis nach Satz 1 ganz oder teilweise auf das Bundesamt für Logistik und Mobilität zu übertragen.
