Die Hohen Vertragschliessenden Teile verpflichten sich, vom 1. Oktober 1929 ab die Ausfuhr von rohen oder entfetteten Knochen, von Knochenabfällen, von Hörnern, Klauen und Hufen sowie Abfällen von diesen und von Leimleder keinerlei Verboten oder Beschränkungen, unter welcher Form oder Bezeichnung auch immer, zu unterwerfen.
