Art. 31 Schadenersatz und Ordnungsmassnahmen
Das Amt für Gesundheit kann Kassen, die ihrer Datenlieferungs- und Zahlungspflicht nicht in genügender Weise nachkommen, den daraus entstandenen Schaden in Rechnung stellen. Die Massnahmen nach Art. 4a Abs. 6 des Gesetzes bleiben vorbehalten.
