Art. 36 Ausländische Pilotenlizenz oder Berechtigung
1 In Abweichung von Artikel 32 dürfen Pilotinnen und Piloten mit Wohnsitz im Ausland gelegentlich ihre Rechte in der Schweiz ausüben, wenn sie: a. eine gültige ausländische Pilotenlizenz oder eine Berechtigung Pilotenlizenz zum Führen von Ballon mit geringem Gewichten besitzen; und b. einen im Ausstellungsstaat ihrer Pilotenlizenz oder ihrer Berechtigung zugelassenen Ballon mit geringem Gewicht führen. 2 Artikel 12 bleibt vorbehalten.
