§ 16 Rentenleistungen vor dem 1. Juli 1994
Wird zum Zeitpunkt der Anerkennung als Verfolgter eine Rente geleistet oder besteht auf Grund der Anerkennung als Verfolgter erstmals Anspruch auf eine Rente, ist die Rente in neuer Höhe für die Zeit des Bezugs, frühestens für die Zeit vom 1. Juli 1990 an, zu leisten.
