§ 4 Ausnahme von der Etikettierungspflicht
Werden Fischereierzeugnisse oder Aquakulturerzeugnisse unmittelbar von einem Fischereifahrzeug verkauft und beträgt der gesamte Verkaufswert je Kalendertag und Endverbraucher 50 Euro oder weniger, sind bei dem Inverkehrbringen dieser Erzeugnisse die Anforderungen des Artikels 35 Absatz 1 der Verordnung (EU) Nr. 1379/2013 nicht zu beachten.
