§ 292⁴. Esialgse õiguskaitse piirangute rakendamine
Asjades, milles on esitatud kaebus halduskohtule enne 2026. aasta 15. maid, ei kohaldata käesoleva seadustiku § 249 lõikes 6 sätestatud esialgse õiguskaitse taotluse esitamise piiranguid.
