Art. 10 Gewerbe- und Vereinsverzeichnisse 1 Die Gemeinde kann auf ihrer Internetseite oder mittels internetähnlicher Dienste ein Behördenverzeichnis publizieren und ein Verzeichnis der politischen Ortsparteien, der ortsansässigen Vereine und gemeinnützigen Institutionen mit Name der Organisation sowie Funktion, Name und Adresse der jeweiligen Kontaktperson bekannt geben. 2 Die publizierende Organisationseinheit holt hierzu vor der Bekanntgabe die ausdrückliche Zustimmung der Betroffenen ein.
