§ 47. Rakenduskõrgharidusõppe lõpetamine
(1) Alates 2019/2020. õppeaastast rakenduskõrgharidusõppesse vastuvõetud üliõpilasele antakse õppekava täies mahus täitmisel käesoleva seaduse §-s 19 nimetatud tingimustel ja korras bakalaureusekraad. (2) Enne 2019/2020. õppeaastat rakenduskõrgharidusõppesse vastuvõetud üliõpilasele antakse õppekava täies mahus täitmisel käesoleva seaduse §-s 19 nimetatud tingimustel ja korras rakenduskõrghariduse diplom.
