§ 238. Reaalkoormatise üleantavus
(1) Teatud isiku kasuks seatud reaalkoormatist võib teisele isikule üle anda, kui reaalkoormatis oma olemuselt on üleantav ega suurene sellega. (2) Reaalkoormatis ei ole üleantav, kui üleantav ei ole reaalkoormatisest tulenev üksikkohustus.
