§ 292. Müügiõiguse tekkimine pandipidajal
(1) Pandipidaja nõude rahuldamine toimub panditud asja müügiga. (2) Pandipidajal tekib panditud asja müügi õigus, kui pandiga tagatud nõue ei ole selle nõude kohaselt täidetud. (3) Enne müügiõiguse tekkimist sõlmitud kokkulepe, mille kohaselt pandipidaja omandab panditud asja pandiga tagatud nõude rahuldamiseks, on tühine.
