§ 353. Hüpoteegipidajate nõuete rahuldamise järjekord
(1) Kinnisasja sundtäitmisest saadud rahast rahuldatakse hüpoteegipidajate hüpoteegiga tagatud nõuded, mille rahuldamiseks sundtäitmine täide viidi, vastavalt hüpoteekide järjekohtadele. (2) Järgneval järjekohal asuva hüpoteegiga tagatud nõue rahuldatakse pärast eelneval järjekohal oleva hüpoteegiga tagatud nõude rahuldamist. (3) Ühel ja samal järjekohal olevate hüpoteekidega tagatud nõuded rahuldatakse üheaegselt ja võrdeliselt nõuete suurusele. (4) Kehtetu
