§ 94. Omandamine asja jätmisega võõrandaja valdusse
Kui asja omanik on asja otseseks valdajaks, võib omandi üleandmisel asja valduse üleandmise asendada võõrandaja ja omandaja vahel sõlmitava lepinguga, mille alusel omandaja saab asjale kaudse valduse.
