Anstellungsbehörde 1 Auf Vorschlag des Departements stellt der Staatsrat das Direktionspersonal an. 2 Auf Vorschlag der Direktion und Vormeinung des Auswahlkomitees stellt das Departement die pädagogischen Fachberater gemäss Artikel 4 des Gesetzes über das Personal der obligatorischen Schulzeit und der allgemeinen Mittelschule und Berufsfachschule (GPOS) an. 3 Auf Vorschlag des Auswahlkomitees stellt die Direktion folgendes Personal an: a) Unterrichtspersonal; b) administratives und technisches Personal.
