Recht auf Information 1 Die Direktion informiert ihre Mitarbeitenden regelmässig über die Projekte, Massnahmen und wichtigen Entscheide, von denen sie betroffen sind. 2 Zur Kommunikation und Information nutzt sie die geeigneten, sachdienlichen Informationskanäle. 3 Die betroffenen Verantwortlichen leiten die Informationen weiter und geben falls notwendig und bei Rückfragen Erklärungen ab. Sie sind insbesondere auch beauftragt, den Mitarbeitenden alle notwendigen und nützlichen Informationen im Rahmen der Ausführung ihrer Tätigkeiten zu übermitteln.
