Fondseinlage 1 Die Fondseinlage beträgt 70 % der Billettsteuererträge von billettsteuerpflichtigen Veranstaltungen, die ab dem 1. Januar 1992 stattfinden. 2 Erreicht die Fondseinlage gemäss Abs. 1 die Höhe von 1,9 Mio. Franken nicht, wird die Differenz zu Lasten der allgemeinen Rechnung ausgeglichen. 3 Die Mindest-Fondseinlage gemäss Abs. 2 wird jährlich an die Entwicklung des Landesindexes der Konsumentenpreise angepasst.
