Art. 5 II. Beiträge
Beitragsvoraussetzungen Die Gewährung von Beiträgen setzt grundsätzlich voraus, dass der Gesuchsteller in der Stadt Luzern wohnhaft ist beziehungsweise seinen Sitz in der Stadt Luzern hat oder seine Tätigkeit einen Bezug zur Stadt Luzern aufweist, dass die Gesamtfinanzierung zu einem angemessenen Teil aus anderen Mitteln gesichert ist, den Nachweis einer kulturellen oder sportlichen Tätigkeit in der Stadt Luzern.
