§ 11 Übergangsvorschriften
(1) Verwaltungsakte, die auf Grund der §§ 72 bis 79 einschließlich der Anlage X der Strahlenschutzverordnung in der bis zum 31. Dezember 2018 geltenden Fassung erlassen wurden, gelten als solche nach dieser Verordnung fort. (2) Soweit nach § 2 zu erfassende Angaben zum Zeitpunkt des Inkrafttretens dieser Verordnung nicht elektronisch vorliegen, sind sie bis zum 31. Dezember 2026 in elektronische Buchführungssysteme zu überführen.
