§ 1
Wer Betäubungsmittel nach § 12 Absatz 1 des Betäubungsmittelgesetzes abgibt, hat für jede einzelne Abgabe durch Nutzung des elektronischen Belegverfahrens oder des internetgestützten Formularserver-Belegverfahrens einen Abgabebeleg als elektronisches Dokument nach Maßgabe des § 2 auszufüllen und zu signieren. Für das elektronische Belegverfahren gelten die in der Anlage festgelegten Vorgaben.
