Die Amtsdauer des Grossen Rates, der Regierung, der ordentlichen Mitglieder der richterlichen Behörden sowie der Mitglieder des Ständerates beträgt vier Jahre. Angenommen in der Volksabstimmung vom 27. Nov. 2022, in Kraft seit 1. Jan. 2025. Gewährleistungsbeschluss vom 20. Sept. 2023 (BBl 2023 2331 Art. 4, 1495).
