§ 26b Übergangspflege im Krankenhaus
Aufwendungen für die in § 39e Absatz 1 und 2 Satz 1 des Fünften Buches Sozialgesetzbuch genannten Leistungen der Übergangspflege sind für längstens zehn Tage im Anschluss an eine Krankenhausbehandlung beihilfefähig. Nicht beihilfefähig sind Aufwendungen für gesondert berechnete Wahlleistungen für Unterkunft.
