§ 38f Ambulant betreute Wohngruppen
Entstehen Aufwendungen nach § 38a Absatz 1, 2 oder 3 oder nach § 38b in ambulant betreuten Wohngruppen und sind auch die Voraussetzungen nach § 38a Absatz 1 des Elften Buches Sozialgesetzbuch erfüllt, wird eine weitere Beihilfe entsprechend § 38a Absatz 1 des Elften Buches Sozialgesetzbuch zum jeweiligen Bemessungssatz gewährt. Daneben sind Aufwendungen im Rahmen der Anschubfinanzierung zur Gründung ambulant betreuter Wohngruppen entsprechend § 45e des Elften Buches Sozialgesetzbuch beihilfefähig.
