1) Mit Ausnahme von Abs. 1 Bst. c findet Art. 3.3 Anwendung auf dieses Kapitel. 2) Die folgenden Begriffsbestimmungen des GATS-Anhangs über Finanzdienstleistungen werden zum Bestandteil dieses Kapitels erklärt: a) "in Ausübung hoheitlicher Gewalt erbrachte Dienstleistungen" (Abs. 1 Bst. b und c des Anhangs); b) "Finanzdienstleistungen" (Abs. 5 Bst. a des Anhangs); c) "Erbringer von Finanzdienstleistungen" (Abs. 5 Bst. b des Anhangs); sowie d) "öffentliche Stelle" (Abs. 5 Bst. c des Anhangs).
