Art. 16 Aufhebung der Bewilligung
1 Die zuständige Behörde verfügt die Aufhebung der Bewilligung, wenn der Betrieb: a. ein entsprechendes Begehren stellt; b. seine Vermittlungstätigkeit eingestellt hat. 2 Die Einstellung der Vermittlungstätigkeit kann angenommen werden, wenn der Betrieb während eines ganzen Kalenderjahres keine Vermittlungen getätigt hat.
