Art. 22 Vermittlungsvertrag
(Art. 8 Abs. 1 AVG) Der Vermittler hat den Vermittlungsvertrag so zu gestalten, dass die vermittelte Person daraus ersehen kann, a. welche Brutto-Gage ein Veranstalter ihr für die künstlerische und ähnliche Darbietung zahlen wird; b. mit welcher Netto-Gage sie rechnen kann und c. wie gross die Vermittlungsprovision sein wird, die sie übernehmen muss.
