Art. 31 Zweigniederlassungen
(Art. 12 Abs. 3 AVG) Eine Zweigniederlassung im Kanton des Hauptsitzes ist zur Verleihtätigkeit berechtigt, sobald: a. der Hauptsitz der zuständigen Behörde die Zweigniederlassung gemeldet hat und b. die erforderliche Kaution für die Zweigniederlassung bei der vom Kanton bezeichneten Stelle hinterlegt worden ist.
