Art. 37 Form der Kaution
(Art. 14 Abs. 2 AVG) Die Kaution kann hinterlegt werden: a. als Bürgschaft oder Garantieerklärung einer Bank oder Versicherungsanstalt; b. als Kautionsversicherung, sofern die Versicherungsleistungen unabhängig von der Zahlung der Prämien erbracht werden; c. in Form von Kassenobligationen; deren Erträge stehen dem Kautionspflichtigen zu; d. als Bareinlage.
