§ 8. Projekti abikõlblikkuse periood
(1) Projekti abikõlblikkuse periood on taotluse rahuldamise otsuses määratud ajavahemik, millal projekti tegevused peavad algama ja lõppema, ning mis peab jääma ajavahemikku 1. jaanuar 2014 kuni 31. detsember 2023. (2) Projekti abikõlblikkuse periood algab taotluse rahuldamise otsuses nimetatud kuupäevaga, mis ei ole varasem kui 1. jaanuar 2014. a.
