Übergangsfrist für Nebenbeschäftigungen Neu gewählte Mitglieder des Gemeinderats dürfen während einer Übergangsfrist von vier Monaten ab Amtsantritt ausnahmsweise über Artikel 5 Absatz 3 hinaus gehende Nebenbeschäftigungen beibehalten, wenn die Ausübung des Amts als Mitglied des Gemeinderats dadurch nicht beeinträchtigt wird.
