1 Les structures d’accueil de la petite enfance sont des institutions autorisées par le Canton à recevoir des enfants d’âge préscolaire et qui répondent aux autres exigences légales, ainsi qu’aux dispositions du présent règlement. 2 Les institutions s’occupant d’enfants d’âge scolaire domiciliés à Fribourg pendant la journée peuvent également être soumises au présent règlement applicable par analogie, sur libre décision du Conseil communal.
