§ 14. Andmete logimine
(1) Andmekogu andmetega tehtud toimingud logitakse. (2) Iga andmekogus tehtud päringu ja kande kohta säilitatakse vähemalt järgmised andmed: 1) päringu või kande teinud isiku nimi; 2) päringu või kande tegemise kuupäev ja kellaaeg. (3) Logisid säilitatakse andmekogus kuus kuud kande tegemisest arvatest.
