Berechnung des Ressourcenindex 1 Der Ressourcenindex (RI) einer Gemeinde i für das Jahr N wird durch seinen Gesamtressourcenindex bestimmt: RI(i,N) = [ RP(i,N-6) + RP(i,N-5) + RP(i,N-4) ] / [ RP(n,N-6) + RP(n,N-5) + RP(n,N-4) ] Dabei: gelten die drei Steuerjahre (N-6), (N-5) und (N-4) als Referenz gemäss Artikel 6 Absatz 2 des Gesetzes über den interkommunalen Finanzausgleich.
