Berechnungsgrundlagen für den Lastenausgleich 1 Auf Antrag der Kantonalen Finanzverwaltung legt der Staatsrat die Gewichtung von 1 bis Maximum 2 pro Kriterium fest, dies für die Höhe, die Länge der Strassen, die produktive Fläche, die Anzahl Wohnungen, die Anzahl der 80-jährigen und älteren Personen und die Anzahl Kinder zwischen null und 16 Jahren.
