§ 4. Eelarve
(1) Ameti kulud kaetakse riigieelarvest, rahvusvahelistes koostööprojektides osalemisest tulenevatest eraldistest ning Euroopa Liidu poolt eraldatud vahenditest. Ameti eelarve kinnitab, muudab ja eelarve täitmist kontrollib minister. (2) Ametil on arvelduskontod Riigikassa kontsernikonto koosseisus.
