Art V
Dieses Gesetz und das Gesetz zur Änderung und Ergänzung des Personenstandsgesetzes vom 15. Januar 1951 (Bundesgesetzbl. I S. 57) gelten auch im Land Berlin, sofern sie im Land Berlin in Kraft gesetzt werden. Rechtsverordnungen, die auf Grund des Personenstandsgesetzes in der gemäß Artikel IV dieses Gesetzes bekanntgemachten Fassung oder auf Grund dieses Gesetzes erlassen werden, gelten im Land Berlin nach § 14 des Dritten Überleitungsgesetzes vom 4. Januar 1952 (Bundesgesetzbl. I S. 1).
