§ 21⁶. Korteriomandi seadmine kaasomandis olevas ehitises
Kui kaasomanikud sõlmivad notariaalselt tõestatud jagamislepingu kaasomandis oleva ehitise jagamiseks reaalosadeks, kohaldatakse korteriomandi seadmisel käesoleva seaduse sätteid.
