§ 10 Veröffentlichung
Die Zertifizierungsstelle macht die Zertifizierung sowie den Widerruf, die Rücknahme oder den Verzicht durch eine Veröffentlichung des Namens und der Anschrift des Anbieters und dessen Zertifizierungsnummer im Bundessteuerblatt bekannt. Das Gleiche gilt sinngemäß für die Zertifizierung von Verträgen im Sinne des § 4 Abs. 2 Satz 1.
