§ 35. Tagasinõude tähtajad
(1) Hüvitise andmiseks alusetult tehtud kulutuste tagasinõudmisele ja tasaarvestamisele kohaldatakse tsiviilseadustiku üldosa seaduses aegumistähtaegade kohta sätestatut. (2) Tagasinõude ettekirjutuse sundtäitmise aegumistähtaeg on seitse aastat. Aegumistähtaeg algab tagasinõude täitmise tähtpäeva saabumise aastale järgneva aasta 1. jaanuaril.
