§ 25. Konfidentsiaalsuskohustust ja dokumentatsioonile esitatavaid nõudeid käsitlevad hankelepingu sätted
1) Taotleja peab tagama, et projektiga seotud hanke tulemusena sõlmitavas hankelepingus: 1) sätestatakse mõlemapoolne konfidentsiaalsuskohustus; 2) sisaldub lepitakse projekti käigus tellitud ja projekti tulemina üleantav nimekiri dokumentidest ja nõuded dokumentatsioonile, eelistades dokumentide elektroonset vormi.
